It is my plan to speed up the content of my pages.

Originally I had a page with a 290kb News section which had to fully
load before you could select what you wanted.

               So then I thought of the toolbar.

   Weighing only 103.22kb, The toolbar is a much speedier object to get
where you want in my page quickly. Eventually once I get this fully running I'm
going to add frames for everywhere you go for better navigation as well, But
      for now you will have to use your browser's "Back" Button or my
      Go Back button To get back to the toolbar to pick what you want.
